• Lot1: Construction of Administrative Office Block for Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences.
• Lot 2: Construction of Administrative Office Block for Faculty of Social Sciences
• Lot 3: Furnishing of Administrative Office Block for Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences
• Lot4: Furnishing of Administrative Office Block for Faculty of Social Sciences
• Lot 5: Restructuring/Renovation of Hostels.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
The pre-qualification requirements include:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of registration with Ignatius Ajuru University of Education
• Tax Clearance Certificate 2011 -2013
• Value Added Tax Certificate
• Company resume/Profile including details of officers and details of equipment owned.
• Evidence of similar projects/jobs completed/location of the project and clients
• Letter from the Bank indicating financial capability
• All the required pre-qualification documents should be neatly bound and submitted with evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only in Bank Draft m favour of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt to:

• All such submissions shall be publicly opened on a date to be communicated to all the applicants.
• Interested applicants are advised to indicate any of the Lot above being tendered for at the Top Right Hand Corner of the envelope.
• Only successful pre-qualified bidders will be invited to participate in the competitive tendering for the jobs. Tender documents and/or items specifications are available at the Office of the Acting Director of Works, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Rumuoiumeni Campus.
• That full tendering procedure shall be provided only to companies/firms that have been successfully pre-qualified as able to execute the said projects/jobs.
