Scope of Works
Rainbow Town Development Limited, the company charged with the mandate to manage and drive the delivery of the project, hereby invites qualified and interested contractors with the technology, project history experienced project personnel and good financial standing to submit expression of interest for the construction of natural or processed gas power plant on a BOT basis.

Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Interested Companies are invited to submit the following prequalification documents:

• Registration Document In home country
• Detailed Profile of Company
• Information about Nigerian Affiliation if any
• A list of gas power plants built in Nigeria arid abroad in the past with reference information
• Evidence of previous involvement in BOT projects
• Evidence of Financial capability to drive a project of this nature
• Company Audited Account for the past three (3) years
• If bidder is not original equipment manufacturer, information on source or equipment and previous places or use must be included
• If a joint venture arrangement is intended for the projects, a signed Memorandum of Understanding and the scope of Involvement of each Partner must be included. Every party to the joint venture must submit the documents requested above

Submission of Documents:
All prequalification documents sealed and clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Construction of Natural or Processed Gas Power plant on BOT Basis” must be enclosed in one sealed envelope and returned to the office of:
