The Cross River State Government Invites for Pre-Qualification of Contractors to Tender for Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Conditional Grant Scheme Programmes and Project 2013

The Cross River State Government is fully committed to the improvement of service delivery towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by the target year 2015. As part of the collaboration with the Federal Government to execute special projects under the 2013 Conditional Grants Scheme to Local Governments, (Akamkpa, Bakassi, Etung, Ikom, Ogaja and Obudu) the state is inviting contractors to tender for projects.

The Cross River State Government Invites for Pre-Qualification of Contractors to Tender for Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Conditional Grant Scheme Programmes and Project 2013

Nature of the Programmes Projects Involved:

• Health (Construction)
• Water & Sanitation (Construction)
• Education (Construction & Supplies)

Pre-Qualification Requirements

• Completion of pre-qualification form
• Evidence of incorporation or business name registration;
• Registration with Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence Department in the relevant category;
• Company Profile;
• Company Audited Account for the past three (3) years (2011, 2012, & 2013);
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years (2011, 2012, & 2013);
• Evidence of PAYE tax payment by the company staff;
• Evidence of Financial Capability and Bank Support;
• Technical Experiences of Company and key personnel (Company’s Resume/Profile);
• Similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the service required;
• Equipment and Technology Capacity;
• Proof of joint ventures/alliances/partnerships (if applicable);
• Valued Added Tax (VAT Certificate and evidence of past VAT remittances;
• Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional Regulating Bodies and current payment of professional fees;
• Evidence of Business Premises Registration;
