Collection of Bid Documents:
The shortlisted contractors/Companies are requested to collect Bid/Commercial documents from the Procurement Unit of NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja from 8.00am to 5.00pm on week days.

Submission of Documents:
Completed Financial Bid Documents should be written in English Language, Signed, Sealed and Marked “Confidential” with the Title Financial Bid for.... At the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to:

Opening of Bid Documents
All financial Bid Documents are to be opened on 2nd April, 2014 at 1:00pm in the presence of the Bidders/Contractors or their representatives at the Conference Hall of NIWA (Headquarters), Lokoja Kogi State.

Closing date: 2nd April, 2014  
Time: 1:00pm

• The Financial Bid Documents are to be submitted on or before the closing date of this publication into a specially made box marked “Tender Box” at Block ‘D’ at NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja.
• This Advertisement shall not be a Commitment on the part of NIWA or shall it entitle the Bidding companies to any claims whatsoever and/or seek indemnity from NIWA by virtue of such companies having responded to the advert.
• Submission made by e-mail will be rejected.
• Incomplete documents and/or late submissions of Bid Documents will not be entertained.
