The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) had given the College Approval-in-Principle for the Year 2012 Normal Intervention to execute construction and furnishing of 1500 capacity Auditorium this is to invite suitably qualified contractors for Pre-qualification and tender for the project.

The Project:
Construction and furnishing of 1500 capacity Auditorium

Tender fee:
One hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only (NI 50,000.00)

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

• Company’s Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years with Evidence of payment (2010, 2011 &2013).
• Evidence of payment of Education Taxing the last three (3) years;
• Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
• Evidence of Company Registration with the College;
• Verifiable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed with their locations;
• Verifiable list of plants) machinery with years of manufacture and locations of the equipment to be used in the project;
• Please state whether the equipment is on lease, hired or wholly owned by the company with evidence of purchase where applicable.
• List of key staff with their Curricula Vitae and relevant positions that will execute the project;
• Company’s financial details and audited accounts for the last three years (2010, 2011 & 2012);
• Value Added Tax Certificate (VAT Certificate) with evidence of payment;
• Evidence of Pension Scheme for Company Staff with evidence of Payment;
• Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training FundAct200l (Amended);
• An affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Osun State College of Education, Ilesa or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding company.

Tender Documents:
Any Contractor that is sure of being qualified should pay the Tender fee in Bank draft to Osun State College of Education, llesa and collect Tender documents from office of the Director of Works.

Submission of pre-qualification and tender documents:
The Pre-qualification documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to

Opening of Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents:
The Pre-qualification and Tender documents should be opened for analysis on 26th March, 2014 at 1:00a.m in the College Board Room.
