State Universal Education Fund Invites for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters UBE 2013 Intervention Projects, Bauchi State

Reputable and interested contractors with relevant experience are hereby invited by Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board to bid for the following Categories of work:

State Universal Education Fund Invites for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters UBE 2013 Intervention Projects

The Projects Includes the following listed below:

• Construction of blocks of 3 classrooms with office and store
• Construction of blocks of 2 classrooms with office and store
• Renovation of blocks of 2 & 3 classrooms, Admin block and VIP Toilets
• UBE Standardized Twin desks
• Teachers table and chair
• ECCDE Furniture

To qualify for the bidding, the following documents are required:

• Certificate of incorporation of company with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Bauchi State Government
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
• Evidence of financial strength of the company
• Availability of plants and equipment to execute the works
•  Key personnel of the Company and must include professionals in Building Industry

• Pre-qualification documents should be sealed and marked Confidential and addressed to the Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board, Ajiya Adamu Road, near Awalah Hotel Roundabout P.M.B 0109 Bauchi, Bauchi State.
• This is only an invitation for pre-qualification but not for Tender and is valid after closing date of this publication.
