Langtang South Local Government Invites To Tender for Construction

Langtang South Local Government Council invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the under listed projects in the 2014 capital budget.

Such interested eligible construction companies must posses a minimum qualifIcation of ten (10) years general construction experience and fIve (5) years particular expeiience in the related scope of work in addition to registering with Langtang South Local Government Council and other conditions as contained in the bidding document.

All interested eligible contractors should obtain further information from the office of the Director of Works, Langtang South Local Government, on the presentation of receipt/bank teller showing that such contractor have registered with the Local Government Council,

1. Registration and tender fee should be paid in First Lowland Micro Finance Bank PLC, Mabudi in favour of Langtang South Local Government Council ACCT. No. 1201120099.

Lot (I): Construction of double cell box culvert at Karkashi-Magama I
Lot (II): Construction of double cell box culvert at Karkashi-Magama II
Lot (Ill): Construction of double cell box culvert at Magama-Bolgang
Lot (IV): Construction of double cell box culvert at Bolgang-Jerah.

Category ‘B’
Lot (I): Restructuring and construction of 20 No. Lock-up stall at Dadin-kowa.
Lot (II): Restructuring. And construction of 20 No. lock-up stall at Turaki.
Lot (Ill): Construction of 20 No. Lock-up stall at Fajul.

Category ‘C’
Lot (I): Grading/Literiting of Sabo-Gida-Turaki road

Category ‘D’
Lot (I): grading/Literiting of Turaki-Takbol Barrack road
Lot (II): Construction of Modern Market in Mabudi.
Lot (Ill): Construction of New Administrative Block at Secreteriat.
Lot (IV): Construction of a Mini-Stadium In Mabudi.

Qualification
All submissions must be accompanied with the following documents:

• Certificate of in corporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2011-2013).
• Company profile with evidence of experience in similar jobs and successfully completed with certificate attached/equipments, etc.
• Vat registration certificate and evidence of remittance to FIRS.
• Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee as contain in the contractor’s registration form.
• Evidence of compliance with pension act. Evidence of bank reference/financial capacity.
• Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund, (ITF) act 2011
• Audited account for last three (3) years (2011-2013)

Submission of Tender Documents:
All tender must be sent with covering letter on company letter head paper and should be made In four (4) copies with supporting documents and submitted in sealed envelopes clearly mark at the top left hand corner with category/lot number addressed to the Secretary, Tender’s Board, Langtang South Local Government Council, Mabudi.

Tender Opening:
Opening of the submitted bids will take place on the last day of submission by 2: 00pm at the Local Government Secretariat. Mabudi, (Council Chamber).

Note:

• Late submission of tender would not be accepted. All certificates submitted may be referred for verification as the need arises. Bidding for category’ A’ lots (I)-(IV); tender fee is #50,000
• Category ’B’ Lots (l)--(III); tender fee is #100,000
• Category ’C’ Lot (l).. tender fee is N150,000
• Category 'D’ Lot (l); tender fee is #300,000
• A company can bid for more than one job.
• Tender fee is non-refundable.
