Invitation for Prequalififcation and Furniture and Tender for Construction, Renovation, Supply of Furniture and Science Equipment at Taraba State Ministry of Education

Introduction:
The Government of Taraba State Is desirous to renovate, construct, supply of furniture and science equipment in her secondary schools. This is part of the commitment to ensuring qualitative education in the state and improve learning atmosphere in our secondary schools.

Invitation for Bids:
In view of the above, the government of Taraba State hereby invites competent, reputable and experienced bidders for renovation, construction, supply of furniture and sciences equipments in selected secondary schools in the State, after payment of N15, 000 for bidding documents to Ministry of Education Sani Abacha SecretarIat, Jalingo and N10, 000 non refundable deposit for processing fee. Interested and reputable contractor wIth experience in the above forementioned fields should submit their quotations with the following information:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Tax clearance Cetificatlon for the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013) verifiable from Federal Inland Revenue Service, or Board of Internal Revenue;
• Evidence of Registration and compliance with PENCOM;
• Evidence of Registration and compliance with ITF.
• Current audited account for the last 3 years.
• Provide detailed company profile inducing —Technical/financial qualification and experience of key Professional Staff;
• Evidence of verification past experience in handling similar projects (past award letters arid job completion certificate as proof);.
• Evidence of payment of a non refundable Tender fee of N15, 000 in favour of Education, Jalingo;
• A sworn affidavit confirming that all Information presented and attached are true and correct of the company;.
• Any other informatIon/document that will enhance the company’s application;

Submission

• The tender and other supporting documents in respect of this bid which should be in three copies in A4 format and spiral bound are to be submitted not later than 10.00am 5/8/2014 and bid opening will be done immediately.
• All bids must be submitted in scaled envelopes clearly marked ‘Technical Bid’ and’Financial Bid’with appropriate project title and lot number with the company name dearly Indicated on the top left side of the envelops and addressed to:
