In line with Section 23 (7) of the Public Procurement Act 2007, please note that tenderers are not invited to this financial submission were not pre-quaIified.

Colleciton of Tender Documents
Pre-qualified Companies are advised to colect Tender Documents from Monday 14th August 2014, from the Office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), 5th Floor, Nigerian Maritime Administration and safety Agency (NIMASA), Maritime House, No, 4 Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos after payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) only for each Lot by a Bank Draft in favour of the NIMASA and obtain receipt from the Financial Services Department (Revenue Section) of the Agency on the 4th floor.

Closing Date:
19th August, 2014

Submission of Tender Documents
Tenders should be well packaged, clearly marked stating the Project Title/Lot, Company’s Name and submitted in a sealed envelope, Original and Duplicate, with one (1) set of CD-Rom to the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), 5th Floor, NIMASA Head Office, No.4 Burma Road, Apapa,Lagos on or before the closing date. Tenders received shall be opened as indicated below;

Tender Security: Tenderers are expected to provideTender Security for all tenders valued above N50 Million, at 2% of the tender price by way of guarantee from a reputable Bank acepptable to the Agency.

Notatlon: Delivery of Tender by way of mail or couner services is not allowed. Tenders are advised to submit before the closing date. However, any submission on the last day, shouId be at the Nigerian Maritime Resource Department Centre (NMRDC), Multi Purpose Hall Kirikiri, Lagos which is the venue for Tender opening. Submissions at the NIMASA Head Office cannot be allowed once the tender opening exercise has commenced.

All tenderers/ representatives, relevant professional bodies and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) are invited to witness the opening of tenders exercise in public and shall sign a register evidencing their attendance.
