Invitation to Prequalification for 2014 Capital and MDGs Projects at Federal Government Girls' College, Zaria.

Federal Government Girls’ College, Zaria hereby calls for prequalificatlon from interested contractors for 2014 CapItal and MDGs projects as stated below:

Capital Projects
Lot A: Procurement of lnstructlonal/Teachlng Equipments
Lot B: Construction of 1 no Storey block of 3.4 classrooms.
Lot C: Renovation of 3 no Students’ hostel

MDGs Projects
Lot i. Construction of VIP toilets and Bathrooms in classrooms and hostels areas.
Lot ii. Construction of modern kitchen and renovation of dining hail
Lot iii. Solar Borehole and reticulation of water

Pre Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors who possess the foIlowing requirements are invited only.

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence from the companies’ Bankers as to their financial capacity to undertake the project
• Evidence of Tax clearance Certificate for the last three years (2001-2013)
• Evidence of VAT Payment
• Evidence of National Pension Commission Compliance
• Evidence of qualified technical and professional staff
• Evidence of similar jobs being currently undertaken
• Evidence of ITF Compliance

Submission of Prequalification Documents
Prequalificatlon documents should be in print and be bound in wax-sealed envelope indicating the LOT interested In clearly and addressed to the Principal Federal Government Girls College, Zaria not later than 12 noon on 20th August 2014. It should be noted that submission in pencil will not be accepted.

Opening of Prequalification Documents
Prequalification documents will be opened on 20th August, 2014 at 1.00pm at the
Federal Government Girls College Assembly Hall. Civil Society Organizations/Non-
Governmental 0rganizations and all interested members of the public especially
intending contractors are hereby invited.
