The Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia invites eligible Audit firms to submit expression of interest for prequalification and possible appointment as external Auditors to Audit the Unified pension Accounts of the centre for the year 2013.

Prequalification Requirements:
Applications should be accompanied by the under-listed verifiable

Appendices:

• Evidence of tax clearance for the past three years.
• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Evidence of registration with the office of the Auditor General of the Federation.
• Evidence of current Registration with relevant professional bodies ICAN, ANAN.
• Evidence of licence to practice
• Evidence of registration with financial reporting Council of Nigeria.
• Evidence of registration with PENCOM if applicable.
• Evidence of payment of contributions to industrial Training Fund (ITF)
• Evidence of previous job done especially as it concerns auditing of pension fund in the public service.

Method of Applications:
Interested firms must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) to the Accounts department and obtain a receipt which must be attached to the application.

Interested Firms must submit (10) copies of applications, signed, sealed, clearly marked “application for Audit of pension fund Account” and addressed to:
