Category D: Construction of New Faculty Laboratories and Library

• Construction of New Laboratory for Faculty of Agricultural Sciences- LOT 1
• Construction of Virtual Library- LOT 2

Pre-Qualification Requirements

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and ArtIcles of Association.
• Registration with LAUTECH in relevant category.
• Company Audited Account for the last 3 years. (2011, 2012, 2013)
• Evidences of Tax Clearance Certificte for the last 3 years. (2011, 2012, 2013)
• Evidence of Financial Capability
• Experiences/Technical qualification and experiences of key personnel
• Similar verifiable projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry,
• Equipment and technical capacity.
• Annual Turnover.
• VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
• Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act No.19 of 2011.
• Evidence of payment of non refundable prequalification fee of N50,000 for any LOT through Bank Draft in favour of LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OGBOMOSO, to be exchanged for University official receipt at the Bursary Department.

Submission of Prequaufication Documents

• The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of five (5) copies per LOT in a wax-sealed envelope to be addressed to the Ag.Registrar, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. The envelope will be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project CATEGORY/LOT, name of the contract boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender box in the Office of the ACTING Registrar, not later than 7th August 2014 by 12.noon.

Invitation
Contractors are hereby requested to indicate their interest in participating in the pre-qualification exercise, following which only qualified contractors will be invited to competitively tender for the projects. with proven track records on similar works.
