List of Projects

• Lot 1: Procurement of Medical Equipment and Consumables.
• Lot 2: Provision of Educational Teaching Aid for Department of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.
• Lot 3: Procurement of Equipment for Headquarters, Offices, Battalion Lines and Staff Quarters.
• Lot 4: Provision of Office Furniture and Equipment for Equitation Clinic.

Requirement for Tendering
Certificate of Incorporation by CAC, Company profile and organizational structure, Evidence of tax clearance certificate in the last three years, Evidence of VAT registration certificate and the remittance in the last three years, 3 Years Audited Account, Letter of financial capability from a Nigerian Bank, Evidence of experience in similar project previously undertaken, Evidence of professional qualification of key staff and Evidence of registration as a contractor with the NDA.

Submission of Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents
Bidders are to collect bidding document on submission of written application to tender and company profile from The Secretary NDA tenders board logistics Branch from Monday 28 July 2014 between 900am to 1 00 pm Monday to Fridays.
Submission of tender documents should be in an envelope sealed and clearly marked as
FINANCIAL indicating the Lot(s). This is to be deposited on or before 12.00 noon on Monday 25 August
2014 in the Tenders box located at the Directorate of Logistics

NDA Headquarters Permanent site,
Airport Road, Mando, Kaduna.

Public Opening of Bids
The public opening of bids will be by 1.00 pm on Monday 25 August 2014 at the Air Force Wing auditorium NDA Permanent Site, Kaduna. The representatives of the bidding companies and the general public are invited to witness the public opening of bids.

General/Special Information
Pre-qualified contractors should note that they will be required to pay a non refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) as processing fee for each Lot collected.
