The present NIS ISO 9001:2008 certification status of the federal Road Safely which gave her world class ranking has continued to attract national and international acclaims. As the Corps makes deliberate attempts to raise the standard of excellence through continuous improvement on the work environment, interested and competent suppliers are hereby invited to bid for the under-listed furniture.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Pre-qualification requirements are listed hereunder:

• Comprehensive company profile
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of payment of tax far the last three years (2011.2012 and 2013)
• Evidence of VAT registration
• Verifiable proof of company’s financial capacity to deliver (Bank reference)
• Evidence of payment of training contributions to ZTF (Industrial Training Fund)
• Evidence of experience of similar supplies.

Closing Date:
11th August 2014

Submissions
Four (4) enveloped copies of technical submission and (1) enveloped financial submission, all
placed in a much larger envelope should be appropriately marked and submitted at the Corps
Procurement Office, Federal Road Safety Corps, Head Quarters, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja.

Opening of Bids
Opening of bids shall take place by 12.00 noon on Monday 11 August, 2014 immediately after the close of bid in the Visitors Room (by the quarter guard) FRSC Headquarters, Wuse Zone 3. Abuja.
