Invitation for Bids for The Supply Of Computer Hardware And Software at the Transmission Company of Nigeria and the Niger Basin Water Resources Development and Sustainable Ecosystems Management Project, Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a credit from tbe international Development Association of the World Bank toward the cost of the Niger Basin Water Resources Development and Sustainable Ecosystems Management Project (WRDSEMP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: Supply of computer Hardware and Software -Bid No: KJ 13.

The Transmission Company of Nigeria Plc now invites sealed bids from eligible.and qualified bidders for the Supply of Computer hardware and Software-BidNo: KJ 13.

Invitation for Bids for The Supply Of Computer Hardware And Software at the Transmission Company of Nigeria and the Niger Basin Water Resources Development and Sustainable Ecosystems Management Project, Federal Republic of Nigeria

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA credits, and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on week days Nigeria time starting from 24th july, 2014.

Submission
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of fifteen thousand Naira (NGN 15, 000.00) or one hundred US Dollars (US$100.00). The method of payment will be by Certified Bank Cheque in favour of Power Holding Company of Nigeria .Plc.The Bidding Documents can be collected at the TCN-PMU Office. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of NGN350, 000.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, and must be delivered to the address below at 12:30p.m. on 27th August, 2014.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:30p.m. on 27th August, 2014. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:30p.m. on 27th August, 2014.
