Technical Requirements

1. Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents
2. Comprehensive company profile;
3. Evidence of Tax remittance and Clearance in the last three (3) years (2011, 2012 & 2013);
4. Evidence of experience of similar supplies.

Collection of Tender Document
Interested bidders are to collect the Tender document from the Procurement FMC Lokoja on presentation of a copy and original receipt of non-refundable Tender fee of #15,000.00 paid to the revenue unit.

Interested Contractors must submit their documents in two (2) separate sealed envelope marked “Technical” and “Financial” on the top right hand side of the envelope on or before 12.00 noon of the closing date, and addressed to:

Opening of Bids
Opening of bids shall take place on Monday 8th September, 2014, by 12.00 noon in the Board Room FMC Lokoja and all bidders/representatives are invited.
