The Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja, invites eligible Audit Firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification and possible appointment as External Auditor to audit the accounts of the Centre.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Applications should be accompanied by the under-listed verifiable documents:

1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
2. Evidence of Registration/Renewal with Office of the Auditor-General of the Federation as a practicing Audit Firm;
3. Evidence of current registration with relevant professional bodies ICAN, ANAN and Licence to practice;
4. Evidence of Tax remittance and Clearance in the last three (3) years (2011,2012 & 2013);
5. Verifiable list of similar and other audit jobs successfully done with their locations and dates. Please include copies of letters of such appointments;
6. Company profile and organizational structure including the list of name of professional to be used, their qualifications and years of experience, enclose photocopies of professional certificates;
7. Proof of registration with the National Pension Commission and evidence of remittance of employees’ contributions/deductions;
8. Evidence of registration and contributions to Industrial Training Fund (ITF) in accordance with Section 6 of lTF Act; and
9. Information about how you intend to charge Audit fees.

Submission of Application
Interested Audit firms must submit their documents on or before 12.00 noon of the closing date, in wax sealed envelope and marked “External Auditor Application” on the top right hand side of the envelope and addressed to:
