Invitation to Tender for the Construction of Lecture Theatres at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria

In its efforts to continue to support key players in the teaching/training and certification of accounting education, and enhance the learning environment of its students, the Institutes Governing Council has approved the construction of lecture theatres in selected tertiary institutions across the country.

Invitation to Tender for the Construction of Lecture Theatres at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria 

The first five will be built in the following five institutions:

1. Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria
2. Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife
3. University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City
4. University of Nigeria (UNN), Nsukka (Enugu Campus) and
5. Federal Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi

Towards achieving the above objective, the Institute hereby invites reputable Construction Companies to tender for the construction of LECTURE THEATRES in the five tertiary institutions listed above following the guideline below

Eligibility Requirements
Interested Building Contractors who must be from the localities of the tertiary institutions identified above should submit the following:

1. Three years audited accounts
2. Copy of Tax clearance certificate
3. Letter of Financial Health from their Bankers
4. List of completed projects in the last five years with addresses of the properties and their clients and owners.
5. A non-refundable draft/cheque of N50, 000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) only payable to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
