Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) is the principal agency and umbrella body of the organized private sector responsible for housing development in Nigeria, having been conferred with official recognition by the Federal Government of Nigeria in November 2002. The Association is approved by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) — the apex mortgage lender to facilitate the delivery of affordable mass housing for Nigeria.
In pursuance of the above — mentioned goal, REDAN is now inviting State, National and International Real Estate Developers with the following under-listed items to express interest in developing Affordable Housing across the nation.

Tender Requirements
- Unencumbered Land Titles or Signed, Sealed and Registered PPP Agreement.
- Approved Site Layout and Building Plans of the proposed Estate.
- Competent and Professional Organizational Structure.
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Audited Account up to 2013 from 2011.
- Evidence of Prices Competitiveness with local market.
- Evidence of Local Community Compensation Payments. Proof of compensation to be provided if applicable.
