In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 (as amended) the management of Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria has appropriated funds in its year 2014 FGN & IGR Budget.

The College therefore wishes to invite interested, competent, reputable and qualified service providers and consultants to submit Expression of interest for the underlisted consultancy and other services.

Lot NCAT 1: Services/Consultancy

Lot NCAT 1 A: Consultancy Services for Design and Construction of Abuja Liaison Office and Training Center

Lot NCAT 1 B: Consultancy Services for supervision of Construction of New Student Cafeteria, Zaria

Lot 1 C: Automation of Flight Training

Lot 1 D: Consultancy Services for Design and supervision of construction of NCAT Satellite Campuses.

Lot 1 E: Consultancy Services for design and supervision of extension of Runway.

Scope of Work/Services
The scope of work includes, but not limited to the following:

1. Preparation of architectural drawing and contract documents.
2. Obtain all necessary approvals, where necessary.
3. Participate in Bid Evaluation
4. Supervision of Implementation/Inspection of contracts.
5. Preparation of project reports.

Eligibility/Requirements
Interested Firms are expected to submit their Expression of Interest (EOl) showing capability to undertake the assignment. The EOI is to contain the following:

1. Evidence of registration or incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
2. Detailed company profile including details of its directors and management, total staff strength, competences, expertise and experience of key personnel. Attach copies of certificates.
3. Evidence of Tax remittance for the past three (3) years (2011-2013);
4. Evidence of VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance for the past three (3) years (2011-2013);
5. Annual Turnover and Audited statement of Accounts of the company for the past three (3) years (2011-2013);
6. Verifiable Evidences of provision of similar services within the last five (5) years, (2009-201 3).Attach copies of letters of offer.
7. Reference from a reputable bank stating the financial ability to carry out such services,
8. Evidence of registration with PENCOM and evidence of remittance for pension contribution of employees to PENCOM;
9. A sworn affidavit affirming that none of the Directors have been convicted in any country for criminal offences, induding fraud and financial impropriety;
10. Evidence of registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC)
