Cooperative Investment & Trust Society Ltd is pleased to invite private investors to express interest to partner with her in the redevelopment of her property which situates at Orita Challenge beside Skye Bank Plc and opposite to Divisional Police Office Orita Challenge, Ibadan, OYO STATE.

Expression of Interest for Property Development at Cooperative Investment & Trust Society LTD

 The property is strategically located on the major Orita Challenge New Garage road, lbadan, Oyo State. The property is an open rectangular shape of about 2,000 square metres.

Requirements
Interested Private Investors willing to partner Cooperative Investment & Trust Society Ltd for a joint redevelopment should indicate their interest by providing the followings:

1. Full name of the proposed private investor, and the contact addres, telephone/fax machine and e-mail address.
2. Details of ownership structure
3. A company brochure, which clearly demonstrates the investors capabilities.
4. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
5. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificates of two (2) Directors for the preceding three (3) years.
6. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance for the preceding three years.
7. Comprehensive Company Profile which should include names, qualifications, experiences and CV of key officers.
8. Verifiable similar properties handled by the private investor.
9. Evidence of financial capability and Bank Guarantee to handle the desired project.
10. Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years.
11. Payment of a non-refundable application fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira only) in Bank Draft in favour of Cooperative Investment & Trust Society Ltd.

Selection Process:
Prospective Private Investors will go through a pre-qualification process which may include interviews. Thereafter, successful applicants will be required to prepare and submit detail implementation plan and also made to execute necessary Memorandum of Understandings.
