Lots Projects

1. Construction of New Chief Magistrates’ Court, Ogbagi-Akoko.
2. Construction of New Rent Tribunal Oke-Eda, Akure.
3. Beautification and Landscaping of Chief Judge’s Quarters, Akure
4. Roof Amendment of High Court Offices, Ikare-Akoko
5. Renovation of High Court Registry, Offices, Ikare-Akoko,
6. Renovation of Chief Magistrates’ Court, Ikare-Akoko.
7. Renovation of Chief Magistrates’ Court, Idoani.
8. Renovation of High Court, Idanre.
9. Renovation of Rent Tribunal, Idanre.
10. Renovation of Chief Magistrates’ Court, Idanre.
11. Renovation of Rent Tribunal, Ore.
12. Fencing of High Court Complex, Ondo.

Tender Requirements
Each tender is to be accompanied with the following documents:

1. Certificate of Incorporation with CAC.
2. Evidence of payment of tax for the past 3 years i.e 2011, 2012 and 2013.
3. Evidence of payment of Development levy fee to Ondo State Government for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
4. Evidence of Business Registration with Ondo State Ministry of works.
5. Evidence of previous performance in related field.
6. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N20,000.00 for Lots 1-2 and N10,000.00 for Lots 3-12 into Ondo State Government Treasury.

Submission of Tender Documents
Interested contractors are to obtain Tender Documents from the Secretary, Ondo State Judiciary Tender’s Board, Department of Administration and General Duties, High Court of Justice, Akure.
All completed Tender Documents (stating clearly the appropriate Lot) are to be waxed, addressed and submitted within the closing date to:

It should be noted however, that the Board is unconditionally and absolutely not under any obligation whatsoever to accept the highest or lowest bid and would not entertain correspondence from an unsuccessful bidder.
