Invitation To Tender for the Renovation of a Block of Female Hostel At Federal Government College, Keffi, Nasarawa State

• Renovation of a block of female hostel.
• Construction of V.I.P toilets and bathrooms (hostel and classroom area).
• Provision of modern kitchen and renovation.
• Drilling of borehole and Reticulation of water system.

QualIfication Requirements for Bidding lndude

1. EvIdence of registration with Cooperate Affairs Commission
2. Comprehensive company profile.
3. Tax clearance for the past three (3) years to be valid to December31’ 2013.
4. VAT clearance certificate
5. Evidence of similar work executed in the last three (3) years.
6. Evidence of financial viability/strength to execute projects.
7. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N20, 000(Twenty Thousand Nalra) in favour of the Principal, FGC Keffi.

BIdding Documents:
Bidding documents are to be collected from the office of the Bursar, Federal Government College, Keffi on the payment of a non-refundable fee of N20.000 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) in bank draft. The bank draft should be made payable to the &lndpal, Federal Government College. Keffi.

24th September 2014

Closing date for submission of tenders and opening of bids is 24th September 2014 by 11.00am. The documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender Documents” for each job in view as itemized above and shall be delivered to:
