Lot 2: Production of 2015 Oyo State Desk Diaries

Invitation To Tender For Production Of 2015 Oyo State Calendars And Diaries At the Ministry Of Information And Orientation, Oyo State 

Bid Requirements
Interested contractors are required to submit the following documents:

1. Evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N50, 000 for the production of calendars dn N100,000 for the production of Diaries respectively.
2. Company profile including names, qualification and experience of key personnel.
3. Evidence of current registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement as a contractor.
4. Valid evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
5. Copy of Audited account for the past 3 years.
6. Evidence of the company Tax Certificate for 3 years.
7. Evidence of the Registration of Business premises for year 2015.
8. Verifiable evidence of similar job done with reputable establishment.
9. Personnel Income Ta Clearance of two (2) directors of the company to date.

Collection of Tender Documents
Interested contractors are to obtain tender documents from the Director, Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Room II, Ministry of Information and Orientation, Secretariat, lbadan, upon the presentation of evidence payment of non-refundable fee of N50, 000 and N 100,000 for lots I and 2 respectively, between the hours of 9am and 3pm, from Wednesday, 13th August to Wednesday, 27th August, 2014.

Submission of Tender Documents
Completed bids should be submitted in sealed waxed enveloped not later than 12:noon on the closing date.

Tender Opening
Submitted tender documents will be opened at 2.00pm on Thursday, 4th September, 2014. Interested members of the public, especially the tenderers or their representatives are free to attend.
