The Institute of Directors Nigeria (loD Nigeria) intends to appoint a Project Manager for the provision of project management services for the development of the proposed IoD House in Lagos, Nigeria. Reputable Project Managers with proven experience are invited to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Institute.

Scope of Work
The role of the Project Manager is to ensure consistent, on-time execution of the IoD House project.

Conditions for Eligibility
Interested Project Managers are required to submit pre-qualification documents detailing their capabilities. Interested Project Managers should be registered with relevant professional bodies with not less than twelve (12) years of experience. The selected Project Manager must be willing to enter into a formal agreement with the Institute.

The following must be submitted for consideration:

1. Evidence of registration with (relevant professional bodies) in Nigeria
2. The most recent Tax Clearance Certificate spanning the last three (3) years (2011- 20 13).
3. The companys audited account spanning the last three (3) years (2011-2013).
4. Evidence of similar jobs completed successfully within the last three (3) years.
5. Comprehensive Profile and Organizational structure.
6. Evidence of Operational Capacity to execute the project.
7. Resumes of key technical staff to be deployed.
8. Evidence of availability of requisite and appropriate staff/skill for the job.
9. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.
10. Evidence of compliance with Pension and ITF Acts; including proof of remittance to PFC.s and PFAs.

Verification of Claims
Please note that the Institute reserves the right to verify all indicated references and Operational Capacities as submitted by interested Project Managers.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Note that two (2) copies of the EOI should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly narked, “Expression of Interest for Project Manager for Institute of Directors Nigeria” and addressed to:

The closing date for submission is Monday 25th August, 2014 by 12 noon. The submissions are to be dropped at 53 Glover Road, Ikoyi. Interested Project Managers dropping their EOI are expected to sign the EOI register at 53 Glover Road, Ikoyi before dropping the tenders. EOI sent by post or courier will not be accepted. Any EOI received after the cut-off date and time shall be considered late and will not be accepted.
