The Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) is desirous of procuring Vehicles, Equipment and Plants to consolidate on the gains of the already procured ones for the sole purpose of facilitating Road Maintenance activities across the country from the 2012 Appropriation. To this effect, suitably qualified Contractors are invited to tender for the under-listed projects.

Procurement of 6 No. 30-40TPH Mobile Asphalt Plants for the zones.
Lot ES-2 (1):
Supply of 1,000 pairs of Safety Boots
Lot ES-3 (1):
Supply of 3,800 No. Safety reflective Cones and 3,800 No. Vertical Delineators.
Lot ES-4 (1):
Procurement of 23 No. Tractors/Slashers
Lot ES-5 (1):
Procurement of spare parts for FP5 Pothole Patcher.
Lot ES-6 (1):
Maintenance and fueling of generators for the Agency's headquaters
Lot ES-7 (1):
Procurement of 3 No. Backhoe Excavators for cleaning drains.
Lot ES-8 (1):
Procurement of 1 No. 40 Tonne 6 by 4 double axle truck/trailer low-bed.
Lot ES-9 (1):
Procurement of 3 No. towing vans

Bidders interested in any of the lots as shown above are expected to comply with the following minimum requirements

Interested Bidders are to make payment of a non refundable sum of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00 ) only in bank draft per bid in favour of Federal Roads Maintenance Agency payable in Abuja and which must have been converted to a receipt at Revenue Office, Accounts Department, Ground Floor of the FERMA Headquarters. Bidders are to collect Bidding documents after showing original and Photostat copies of payment receipt between the hours of 10.0am and 4.00pm, Mondays to Fridays on or before 12noon of 11th October, 2012 from:
