Federal Government College, Enugu hereby invites reputable contractors to tender for the following years 2012 Capital Projects.

lot 1/ Construction of 1 No. 3-Bedroom semi-detached one storey building (4 flats)/ FGC Enugu (Senior Staff Quarters)

Lot 2/ Construction of 1 No. 3-Bedroom semi-detached bungalow/ FGC Enugu (Female House Officers Quarters)

Lot 3/ Construction of 1 No, 3-Bedroom semi-detached bungalow/ FGC Enugu (Female House Officers Quarters)

Lot 4/ Construction of 1 No. 3-Bedroom semi-detached bungalow/ Male House Officers Quarters

1. Tendering shall be conducted through the National competitive Bidding as specified in the Procurement Act 2007 and it is open to all tenders.

2. All interested contractors shall collect tender documents from the Principal’s Office.

3. All duly completed tenders should be submitted in an envelop, sealed and marked for each lot being applied for and addressed to: The Principal, FGC, Enugu

Requirements:

• Company Profile
• Current 3 years' tax Clearance
• VAT Certificate
• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of similar jobs executed by the company within (3) years.

Closing Date
14th September, 2012

Bid Opening
The bids will be publicly opened at 1.pm on the closure of receipt to bids by 12.noon of the expiration date. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bids.
