Tenders are invited from interested and competent contractors to pre-qualify for construction/procurement of the following in the College:

LOT 1: Construction of 2NO blocks of 15 NO offices fully furnished.
LOT 2: Construction of 1NO. Ultra-Modem College Auditorium, fully furnished
LOT 3: Construction of a block of double classrooms fully furnished with 2NO detached VIP latrine.
LOT 4: Supply and installation of 1NO. 500KVA Perkins Generator (Basic Model).
LOT 5: Procurement of 1NO TOYOTA HILUX 4X4 Wheel Drive, Central Lock Electronic System.
LOT 6: Procurement of 2N C Tractors for Agricultural Education Students’ Practical.
LOT 7: Procurement of Teaching Equipment and Materials for School of Vocational and Technical Education.
LOT 8: Procurement of Teaching Equipment and Materials for School of Sciences.
LOT 9: Procurement of Teaching Equipment and Materials for Schools of Education, Languages and Arts and Social Sciences.
LOT 10A: Procurement of General Office Equipment and Materials
LOT 10B: Procurement of General Office Equipment and Materials (Special).
LOT 11A: Procurement of 15NO Laptop Computers and 10NO Desktop Computers.
LOT 11B: Procurement of 15NO various Printers and 2NO Scan Boards.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Evidence of registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission with Contractor’s TIN number.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
3. Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Evidence of executing similar construction work in relevant areas of large construction work in Ultra-Modern Auditorium, Large Lecture Theatre and well-furnished Office Construction.
5. Evidence of three years Audited financial statement with company staff strength, site equipment and current engagements (work undergoing).

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

• The Pre-qualification documents must be sealed and returned/sent to the Office of the Registrar not later than 5th September 2014.
• Pre-qualification is not a commitment by the College nor shall it entitle tenders to any claim whatsoever. It is not an invitation to tender.

3rd October 2014

Submission of Bid Documents

• The Bid documents must be sealed and returned to the Office of the Registrar not later 3rd October 2014.
• Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar between the hours of 10:00am and 2:30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and from 10:00am to 12:00 noon on Fridays.
• Payment of non-refundable processing fee of N15, 000.00 per lot.
