In comphance with the requirement of the public procurement Act 2007 and Extract Reguiatron of Government on procurement of goods and services by Federal Government Ministries and Parastatals, The Federal Ministry of Education wishes to invite suitable qualified Companies for the Projects of Federal Government college Port Harcourt in the areas specified here under.

Delivery Date: 60 Days
Location: FGC PHC, Girl’s hostel, and Boy’s hostel area.

Note: Projects must be delivered on or before the Delivery Date specified above.

Qualification to Tender
Interested Contractors should submit the following qualification/information/documents,

1. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission including Memorandum of Articles of Association, Form C02, and C07where applicable.
2. Tax Certificate for the Last three years, to be valid upto 31st December, 2013.
3. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N20.000 in favour of The Principal Federal Government College. Port Harcourt.
4. Tender/Bill security (2.5% of the Contract) or Bank Guarantee,
5. Any additional information that may enhance the chances of the Company, e.g. Company’s Profile, application to tender etc.

Collection of Tender
Tender documents are to be collected from the Secretary School Tender Board (STB) upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N20, 000 only.

Closing Date:
10th October 2014

Submission of Tender
Completed Tender Documents should be submitted in two (2) envelopes duly marked original and copy, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked Tender for 2014 MDG Capital Project Works addressed to the Principal.
(STB) Federal Government College Port Harcourt and deposited same in the Tender Box at the Secretary’s office on or before the closing date.

Opening of Tenders
The Tender will be opened at 12.00 noon on the closing date at the Assembly Hall on 10th October, 2014.
