The Council wishes to invite competent and reputable IT providers with relevant experience and good track records to submit expression of interest for redesign & upgrade of NAC automotive stakeholders and vehicle identification number (VIN) online repository.

Expression of Interest (EOI) for Redesign & Upgrade of Nac Automotive Stakeholders and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Online Repository at the National Automotive Council

Eligibility Criteria
Prospective companies are requested to forward the following document along with their application as minimum requirement:

1. Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission;
2. Company’s current Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years 2011, 2012 and 2013;
3. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004;
4. Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No 19 of 2011;
5. Provision of Company’s VAT Certificate and evidence of past VAT remittances certificate;
6. Company’s Audited Account and Annual Turnover of similar business for the last three (3) years 2011, 2012 and 2013;
7. List of verifiable similar project previously handled by your company in the last five years with names of clients, evidence of award and practical completion;
8. Evidence of Company’s Financial Capability and readiness to instruct bankers to supply financial information on the company as may be required; and
9. Company profile and organizational structure, including names and brief resumes of key personnel.

Submission of EOI Documents
All documents must be submitted to the office of the Director General, on or before 12.00 noon, on the closing date in sealed Envelope clearly Marked for “Redesign & Upgrade of NAC Automotive Stakeholders And Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Online Repository” on the left hand corner of the envelop and addressed to:

Opening of Documents
The submissions will be opened immediately following the deadline for submission at the Conference Room of the Council. Non-Governmental Organization, relevant Professional Association and the general public are hereby invited to witness the opening.
