Requirements
Their bid documents and company brochure should include the following:

1. Evidence of upto-date company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of Registration with Imo State University
3. Current financial status and bank capability
4. Tax clearance for the last (3) three years
5. Experience/Technical Qualification and Experience of key personnel
6. Evidence of past VAT Remittances
7. Annual Turnover

Collection of Financial Bid
Interested and reputable contractors are requested to submit their applications. All interested firms/contractors are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N 50,000.00.

22nd September 2014

The completed Pre-Qualification document must be bounded, sealed in an envelope and clearly marked PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER and returned to the Registrar, Imo State University, Owerri on 22nd September 2014.
