Invitation to Tender for the Maintenance of Office Premises Electrical Installations

In its efforts to facilitate effective and efficient maintenance of electrical installations in its ultra modern office complex situated at Plot No. 82, Murtala Mohammed Way, Ebute-Metta, Lagos; the Institute hereby invites reputable Electrical Engineering Services Companies to:

Inspect electrical installations in the business premise and tender for the provision of all-year round retainer maintenance service agreement for the electrical installations in the building

Requirements
Interested Electrical Engineering Services Companies will be required to submit the following:

1. Evidence of current registration with the Federal Ministry of Works Registration Board
2. Three years audited accounts
3. Copy of Tax clearance certificate valid up to December 31, 2013
4. Letter of Financial Health from their Bankers
5. List of organizations for which the services solicited here or closely related ones are being offered currently or have been offered in the last five years.
6. Non-refundable draft/cheque of N25, 000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira) only, payable to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
