Tenders are invited from prospective qualified contractors for renovation/rehabilitation works procurement of items for 2015 capital projects.

The projects to be Bided for are:
Lot 1: Renovation/Rehabilitation of classrooms 6 blocks
Lot 2: Procurements of assorted instructional materials and consumables

Eligible Requirements
Prospective Bidders are Required to Submit the Following Documents

1. Evidence of registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC)
2. Current tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years in Dec.2013
3. VAT certificate with TIN NO.
4. Evidence of compliance with pension Reform Art 2004 (As amended)
5. Evidence of compliance with the amended industrial training fund act 2011
6. A sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any office of F.M.E or BPP is a former or present director share holder of the company.
7. Evidence of national health insurance scheme (NHIS)

Bidders Shall Not Bid For More Than 1(One) Lot

• A non-refundable tender fee of 15,000 per lot should be made in a certified bank draft payable to the principal FSTC Orozo.
• All tender fees paid should be receipted for at the school bursary department before collection of tender documents.
• A complete set of bidding documents should be collected by interested bidders at the school.

27th October 2014

Submission of Bids
The completed tenders should be enveloped in two separate envelopes marked on the top left hand corner with the inscription either A or B) Lot No. and the title of the project” and should be addressed to:

The Director/Principal,
Federal science and technical college
Orozo, Abuja

And deposited in the tender Box located at the corridor between the principals office and the V.P Admin Office.
The name of the company should be written in a capital letters at the back of the envelope.

Late Bids and improperly addressed bids will be rejected. Tendering shall commence from 15th Sept, 2014 and end 27th Oct.., 2014 at 12:00 noon prompt.

Technical bids shall be opened immediately after close of submission at the school multi-purpose hall in the presence of the bidders, representative and other registered relevant bodies and the public.
Only successful technical bidders wil be invited for the opening of financial bids at a later date.
