Invitation toTender for Contractor 

Tenders are hereby invited from reputably qualified Contractors, registered with Bassa Local Government Council for the following projects:

Building Construction:

1. Construction of modern stadium.
2. Construction of public library one in each of Pengana, Rukuba and irigwe Chiefdorns
3. Construction of lock-up shops at Kwall, Miango, Binchi, Bagingi, Saya and Jengre markets.
4. Construction of Districts Offices in each of Pengana, Rukuba and irigwe Chiefdoms.
5. Construction of palaces in each of Pengana Rukuba and Irigwe Chiefdoms.
6. Construction of Slaughter slabs in each of Pengana, Rukuba and Irigwe Chiefdoms.
7. Construction of Veterinary Clinic in each of Pengana, Rukuba, and Irigwe Chiefdoms.

Rural Electrification:

• Agingi
• Kaniyaka
• Zikkeh
• Maiyanga
• Kadamo
• Lishin to Kawam

Construction of Roads:

• Katumai Renwienku Twin Hills
• Zallaki junction - Zallaki
• J/Bassa - Assak - Ourum
• Kishi Mafara - Buyo
• Bagingi - Dutse Kura - Golf club
• Gurum - Bomo -Assak
• Bakin Kogi - Rirni

Construction of Bridges:

• Dogon Daji
• Kie Donwhru
• Dundu
• Gurum
• Kwall, and
• Kihang

Bore-Holes (Sinking/Rehabilitation):

• Rukuba
• Irigwe and
• Pengana

In interested contractors should apply and collect unpriced bills of quantities and other details regarding the projects from the Works Department, Bassa L.G.C. Upon payment of non-refundable fee of Thirty-five thousand (N35, 000.00) naira only.

Requirement:
The Contractors shall present the followings Requirements:

1. Certificate of Registration or incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. VAT registration.
3. Income Tax Clearance certificate valid up till 31-12-2014.
4. Tax Identification Number (TIN).

Closing Date:
2nd October 2014

Submission
Tenders are to be returned not later than 2nd October 2014 sealed, Spirai-bund in 3-copies each and addressed to:-

The Executive Chairman,
Bassa L.G.C, Plateau State.

Also the Local Government Council is not bound to contact any of its projects to the lowest or highest bidder.
