1. The National Council for Arts and Culture wishes to refer to its earlier publication in the National Dailies on "INVITATION TO TENDER for its 2012 Capital Projects”. (The Federal Tenders )journal, Thisday Newspaper, Daily Trust Newspaper) of Monday the 23rd July, 2012.

2. The Council wishes to inform all interested bidders that the submission of tender documents has been extended to 10th September, 2012 due to low response of bidders.

Closing Date
Monday, the 10th September, 2012 by 1.00pm, 

Bid Opening
The bids will be opened on the same day by 2:00pm. All other details remain unchanged.
