Invitation to Tender for 2014 Capital Projects at Federal Government Girls College, Yobe

Federal Government Girl’s College, Potiskum, here by calls for tender from interested contractors for 2014 capital projects as stated below:

LOT 1: Renovation of 2 nos. of Hotels
LOT 2: Renovation of Admin. Block
LOT 3: Renovation of 1 no. Block of 6 classrooms
LOT 4: Replacement of damaged students desk lockers and chairs for classroom.

Tender Requirements
All interested contractors are required to submit the following:

1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C)
2. Evidence from the Companies Bankers as to their Financial Capacity to undertake the project.
3. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011- 2013).
4. Evidence of VAT payment.
5. Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN).
6. Evidence of National Pension Commission Compliance.
7. Evidence of Qualified Technical and Professional Staff.
8. A comprehensive company profile to include verifiable key professional staff and evidence of financial capabilities, including Audited Accounts for the last (3) years.
9. Evidence of similar jobs being currently undertaken.
10. Evidence of completion of similar jobs in the past.
11. Evidence of registration with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).

Tender Documents:
Tender documents are obtainable in the school on the presentation of Bank Draft of Non- Refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20, 000.00) per project.

Closing of Submissions:
Submission of bidding documents closes on Thursday 30th October, 2014 by 10:00am and the opening of tender commences by 12:00noon same day.
