Invitation of Qualified Contractors for the Execution of TETFUND Special Intervention Projects in Nine (9No) New Federal Universities

1. 00 The under-listed Contractors/ Bidders have been pre-qualified to tender for the above subject matter and hereby invited to collect the tender documents from the Office of the Permanent Secretary. Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Secretariat, Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja. on the presentation of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) per Lot, issued in favor of FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION;


1.01 Please note that no Bidder is allowed to pick Tender Documents for the Lots NOT earlier pre-qualified;

1.02 Please note that the Federal Ministry of Education reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions that do not meat up with requirements as specified:

1.03 The Evaluation of the received documents shall be strictly based on the requirements as specified above;

1.04 The Advertisement for the submission of the Bids shall neither be construed to be commitment on the part of the Ministry, nor shall it entitle any Company to make any claim, whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from the Ministry by virtue of any response to the said advertisement;

1.05 The submitted documents should be enclosed in sealed tamper- proof envelopes, indicating Title of the Lot and the Name of the University at the Top Right Hand Corner of the Envelope and addressed to:

Submission of Bids
The Bid document should be enclosed in a sealed tamper proof envelope including the Title of the LOT and the Name of the University at the Top Right Hand Corner of the Envelope and addressed to:

Federal Secretariat,
Shehu Shagari Way,
Abuja.

Submission and Closing Date
The Financial Bids will be submitted on or before 12.00 noon. Collection of Tenders is on the 10th of September and closing date and submission is on the 20th of September 2012. Closing 12pm and opening by 1pm to all bids. The Tenders will be opened publicly on the same date by 1.00pm. ALL Bidders or their Representatives are invited to witness this exercise. This invitation also includes professional Organizations and the Civil/Non-Governmental Societies;
