In accordance with the requirements for due process to award of contracts for capital projects, the Olabisi Onabanjo University is hereby inviting interested and reputable contractors/suppliers with relevant experience to pre-qualify and tender for the listed projects:

Eligibility
Interested Contractors are invited to submit the following compulsory and mandatory documents.

1. Evidence of Registration/incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission including CAC Registration form C02 and C07 containing list of Directors and Share Holders.
2. Company Profile and Organization Structure (Academics and Professional Qualification of Key Personnel including Curriculum Vitae to be duly authenticated by individual staff).
3. Tax Payer Identification Number (TIN)
4. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years i.e. 2011-2013.
5. Evidence of Registration for Value Added Tax and Remittances
6. Company Audited Accounting the last Three (3) Years i.e. 2011-2013.
7. Company Letter Head indicating (i) Address (ii) Bankers Address (iii) Account Number, and (iv) Sort Code.
8. Letter of Financial Capability from Company’s Banker.
9. Evidence of Payment of contribution to Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
10. Evidence of Registration with Olabisi Onabanjo University as a Contractor.
11. Last Bank Statement of Account of the Company.
12. Evidence of Compliance with Part W, Section 16 (6d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 as it relates to Pension (Certificate or exemption from PENCOM),
13. Evidence of relevant verifiable experience on familiar jobs in Nigeria over the last 5 years stating location, cost and duration of execution with letter of Award and Certificate of Completion.
14. List of verifiable plants/equipment, which we reserve the right to inspect and confirm.
15. Any additional information that may enhance the chance of the Contractor/Supplier.

Collection of Bid Documents
Detailed specification and un-priced bill of quantities are obtainable in the office of the Acting Director, Directorate of Works, Services and Physical Planning, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye upon payment of non.refundable processing fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) for each of the LOT through the Point of Sales (POS) at the Bursary Department of the University between 8.00a.m. to 3.00p.m. daily.

Submission of Pre-Qualification/Tender Documents
The bidding documents (both Technical and Financial Bids) are to be submitted at the same-time but in separate sealed envelopes indicating the LOT at the top-left corner of the envelope. The name, address of the Company including e-mail address and mobile phone number of contact person should also be clearly written at the reverse side of the envelope.

All documents should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Council Affairs, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye, by 10.00am on 27th October 2014.

Opening Of Pre-Qualification Tender Documents
The Pre-qualifleation/Tender document shall be publicly opened at the Senate Chamber, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye on Monday, 27th October, 2014 at 12 noon. All those who would has submitted their documents or their representatives by the deadline are hereby invited to the meeting fords opening of the pre-qualification and tender documents.

The University reserves the right to reject any bid that it deems not responsive and shall not enter into s correspondence with any Contractor/Company.
