Invitation for Pre-Qualification/Bid Tendering of the approved projects under its year 2014 capital budget at the Federal College of Land Resources technology, Kuru-Jos

The Federal College of Land Resources technology, Kuru-Jos Plateau State, a Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby invites applications for prequalification/Bid Tendering of the approved projects under its year 2014 capital budget.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification/Bid Tendering of the approved projects under its year 2014 capital budget 

Projects

• Procurement of soil laboratory equipment and reagents
• Construction of perimeter fence of the college premises (Phase2).
• The extension of irrigation channels and maintenance of College Farm
• Provision of land use advisory services and production of extension bulletin on land management

Pre-Qualification/Tendering
To qualify for consideration, interested contractors/companies are required to submit the following:

1. Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years valid to December 31st, 2013.
3. Company VAT registration certificate for the last three years valid up to December 31st, 2013
4. Company profile
5. Evidence of industrial Training Fund contributions (where applicable).
6. Evidence of remittance for pension contributions of employees to PENCOM or PFA’s (where applicable).
7. Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed with Federal/State Government establishments in the last three years including names of clients, letters of awards and certificates of job completion
8. Evidence of company registration with the college
9. Company audited accounts for 3 years (2011-2013)
10. Evidence of financial capability
11. List of major plants/equipment (were applicable)
12. Evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 for collection of Bid documents
13. Any other relevant information that they enhance the chance of the company.

The tender documents are obtained from the office of the Provost within the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm daily.

7th October 2014

Submission of Pre-Qualification/Bid Tendering Documents
All pre-qualification/bid tendering documents should reach the undersigned within the closing date 7th October, 2014 latest 12:00noon prompt. The bids will be opened at 12:00 noon same day.

Late submission of documents will not be accepted.
