Requirement for Tendering
Interested Contractors must submit along with their tenders the following documents:

1. Evidence of registration of company in Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Current registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works for 2014
3. Current 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2011, 2012 and 2013) for Enterprises/Ventures or current 3 years Federal Tax Clearance Certificate in case of Limited Liability Companies, as well as current 3 years Ondo State Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of at least two (2) Directors of the Limited Liability Company.
4. Evidence of payment of 3 years Development Levy (2012,2013 and 2014).
5. Original receipts of payment of non-refundable tender fees of N500,000 for Lot 2, N300,000 for Lot 3, N100,000 each for Lot 1,4 and 5, N10,000 each for Lot 6- 22 and N20,000 each for lot 23-33
6. Evidence of previous similar work done.
7. Company profile detailing confirmation of financial capability by bank, Technical and Management competence.

Collection of Tender Document
Interested bidders can obtain contract details from the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Planning, Research arid Statistics Department, Oke-Eda, Akure after showing evidence of payment of Tender foes. Tenderer are to visit the site before tendering as variation under any guise will not be entertained on the projects.

All Tenders must submitted on or before 6th October, 2014.

All tender documents should be submitted in waxed-sealed envelope marked UBECISUBEB/PRS/12 with the LOT Number indicated on top left corner of the envelope to the address below:
