Pre-Qualification Requirements

Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
Registration with Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government in relevant category
Company Audited Account for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, 2013)
Evidence of Tax Clearance Ceitificate for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, 2013)
Company profile stating the financial capability, Technical knowledge, professional personnel
VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances
Evidence of payment of non-refundable pre-qualification fee of N20, 000.00

Closing Date:
Submission closes 21st October 2014 by 12.00 noon.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of five (5) copies per LOT in a waxed-sealed envelope to be addressed to:

THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN,
ADO-ODO/OTA LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
OTA, OGUN STATE.

The envelope will be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project category, name of the contract boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender box in the office of the Executive Chairman, not later than 21st October 2014.

Contractors are hereby requested to indicate their interest in participating in the pre-qualification exercise, following which only qualified contractors will be invited to competitively tender for the projects with proven track records on similar works.
Only Contractors/Companies that fulfill the above requirements and also pass the pre-qualification evaluation exercise shall be invited to submit technical and commercial bids for the job.
