Invitation For Bids at National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA)

The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) is charged with the responsibility of enforcing all environmental laws, guidelines, policies, standards and regulations in Nigeria. In accordance with Sections 7(d)(e)(h)and 8(m) of the NESREA (Establishment) Act, 2007, and the National Environmental (Bush/Forest Fire and Open Burning) Regulation, 2011.

Invitation For Bids

The Agency is requesting submissions from pre-qualified contractors for the supply and installation of Air Curtain Burner under the Demonstration Project on Sustainable Burning.

3. Qualification requirement includes:

Documentary Evidence of two contracts of similar nature and magnitude during the last five (5) years; and audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital;

4. Submission of Bids

Bids shall be in a securely sealed envelope and labeled "Technical and Financial Proposal" and should be addressed and delivered to -

Submissions must be accompanied with a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only, in bank draft payable in favour of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency

Closing Date
All submission must be received not later than 12 Noon (local time) of 30th August, 2012 at the above address.

Bids will be opened at the NESREA Headquarters, Abuja, in the presence of all bidders or their representatives at 2.00pm the same day.
