Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested bidders should meet the following Pre qualification requirements:

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Tax clearance Certificate of the Firm for the last three years.
3. Evidence of VAT Registration.
4. Evidence of PENCOM registration and remittance.
5. Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with Abia State Government.
6. Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with Abia State University.
7. Audited Account for the past three (3) years.
8. Current evidence of financial capability from the Banker(S).
9. Corporate profile of the firm, showing technical competence of personnel.
10. Evidence of performance on similar prolects and contract award letters.
11. Registration with Industrial Training Fund.

Collection of Bids Documents
Interested Bidders are requested to obtain the bid documents from the Director of Physical Planning, office of the Vice-Chancellor, on the payment of a non-refundable Bid/Tender fees as specified on the table above.

Closing Date:
17th October 2014.

Submission of Bids Document:
Completed tender documents should be submitted to the office of the Registrar/Secretary to Council Tenders Board in two sealed envelops (one for the Pre-qualification and one for the bid) not later than Friday October 17th, 2014.
