 Invitation to Tender for the Following Projects at the Federal Government Girls College, Ezzangbo

The Federal Government Girls College, Ezzamgbo, hereby invites interest companies/contractors to tender for the following projects:

Projects:

1. Construction/Completion of Dining hall with kitchen & procurement of Dining hall furniture (MDG projects).
2. Construction of solar powered water bore hole (MDC project).
3. Construction of VIP Toilets and Bathrooms (MDC project).
4. Construction of water treatment plant.
5. Renovation of laboratory.
6. Renovation of classroom blocks.

Requirements:
The following documents are to be submitted with the tenders:

1. Certificate of incorporation in Nigeria.
2. Tax certiflcate for the immediate past three years issued by the Board of Internal Revenue Service of any State of the Federation. Or Abuja or the Federal Inland Revenue Service Department.
3. Evidence of VAT.
4. List of similar projects executed in the last three years with certificate of completion of such project from employers.
5. Evidence of financial capability to execute the job.
6. List of key personnel to be assigned to the project with professional qualifications.

Interested bidders are required to pay non-refundable tender fee.

7th November 2014.

Submission:
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00hrs 07/1112014.

Evidence of registration with FGGC Ezzamgbo as a contractor.

Other qualifications as applicable in Federal Government contract.
