Invitation For Technical And Financial Bids In Respect Of 2011/2012/2013 Merged Tetfund Intervention 

The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has approved the utilization of the 2011/201212013 Intervention in Library Development Fund for the project named below:-

Lot 1: Books and Reference materials (Serials No.1)
Lot 2: Books and Reference materials (Serial No.1)
Lot 3: Book Shelves (Serial No.2)
Lot 4: Computer systems, Accessories, Upgrading of E-library, e-books, photocopier etc (Serial Nos. 3-17)

In view of the above, the College wishes to invite competent, reputable and interested contractors to come forward for the bidding process.

Pre-Qualification Requirements/Criteria
The prequalification requirements/criteria include the following:

1. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three consecutive years;
3. Evidence of VAT Registration and Evidence of past remittance;
4. Job profile that have direct bearing with the job which pre-qualiflcation is sought;
5. Evidence of financial capability to execute the job (current Bank reference);
6. Evidence of Compliance with 2004 Pension Act (Pension Certificate);
7. Company audited Accounts for the past three (3) years;
8. Company profile indicating Names and Qualification of key personnel.

Submission of Technical and Financial Documents
Competent and interested contractors are to submit both Technical and Financial Bids in respect of the projects advertised. The bid documents are ready for collection on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only per lot into the Account No. 2008695800 of First Bank, Zuba Branch. Both documents (Technical and Financial) duly marked should be addressed to:

Opening of Technical and Financial Documents
All submissions received will be publicly opened on Monday 5th December, 2014 at the College conference room by 3:00p.m.

Prospective Tenderers are requested to note that:

1. Only companies whose Technical Bids scaled through the pre-qualification stage will have their financial Bids opened. All companies who failed to scale through this preliminary stage will have their financial documents dropped; and
2. Prospective Tenderers are advised to come along to the venue of the opening with originals of the following documents for sighting:

• Certificate of Incorporation (CAC);
• Tax Clearance Certificate;
• VAT Certificate; and
• Receipt of payment of Tender fees.
