The Kagarko Government intends to carry out the following projects under the subsidy reinvestment programme (SURE-P)

Tender Notice for the Execution of Some Projects under the Subsidy Reinvestment Programme (SURE-P) 

• Construction of Kagarko Janjala Feeder Road.
• Construction of Kubacha Gudu Kushefada Feeder Road.
• Construction of Examination Hall at G.S.S Shaddalafiya.
• Construction of 1 block of 2 classrooms at Kasangwai.
• Construction of drainage at Jere South.
• Drilling of 5 No, Boreholes at Kubere, Fyana, Katua, Kafarma & Jere North.
• Replacement of vandalized HT lines/energizing at Janjala, Akotie and Kusam.
• Replacement of vandalized HT lines/energizing at Issa Mission.
• Rehabilitation of Semin Urban Water Scheme at Kagarko.
• Extension of Semi Urban Water Scheme to HOD Qtrs Kagarko.
• Extension of electrification work/step down at Koko village.

Tender Requirements
Interested, suitable and repatable companies are required to possess and submit the followings as part of expression of interest documents.

1. Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance
3. Company’s current profile including curriculum vitae of the key personnel
4. List of equipments owned with evidence of ownership, lease or hire
5. Company Audited Account for 3 years.
6. Evidence from the Company’s Bankers us to its financial capacity/Bank support to undertake the works if awarded.

• The Kagarko Local Government reserves the right to make available the tender documents to shortlisted companies only.

10th October 2014

Interested bidders should purchase the bidding document from the office of the Director of Works from 2nd October, 2014 to 8th October, 2014.

All completed bidding documents should be returned on or before 10th October, 2014.
