Invitation for pre-qualification and tendering for tertiary education trust fund (TETFUND) special intervention project 2013 at college of education, Katsina-Ala, Benue State

The College of Education, Katsina-Ala hereby wishes to invite contractors with proven capability, relevant experience and good track record to be considered for pre-qualification and tender exercise for Procurement of ICT materials.

Invitation for pre-qualification and tendering for tertiary education trust fund (TETFUND) special intervention project 2013 

Pre-Qualification Criteria/Tender Requirements
To qualify for the above, contractors with proven capability are to submit notice of intent to pre-qualify in the tender exercise which should be accompanied with the following documents/requirements:

1. Company registration certificate/incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
2. Company profile (which must include details of ownership; names, qualifications and addresses of company staff);
3. Tax clearance certificate covering at least the last three years;
4. Company’s audited financial reports for the last three years;
5. Verifiable list of projects executed;
6. Letter of financial capability/viability from the contractor’s bankers;
7. Evidence of payment of VAT for the past three years.
8. Certificate of Registration with PENCON

Intending Companies are to ensure they register with the College as contractors and procure tender documents at the Bursary Department at the Cost of thirty thousand naira (N30, 000.00) only and make submission along with the pre-qualification intents.

Submission:
10 copies of the pre-qualification documents and tenders should be submitted separately in a sealed envelope addressed to the Office of the Provost, College of Education, Katsina-Ala, Benue State to reach this office not later than Monday 13th October, 2014 and clearly marked, “Pre-qualification: PROCUREMENT OF ICT MATERIALS” AND “TENDERS FOR ICT MATERIALS” RESPECTIVELY.

Opening of Bids:
All submitted pre-qualification and tender documents shall be opened on Tuesday, 14th October, 2014 in the College Conference Room by 10am. All bidders are expected to be in attendance to witness the occasion.
