In line with the 2014 appropriated Capital Projects, Federal Government Boys College Garki, intends to undertake the execution of some capital projects.

Invitation to Tender:
Interested competent and qualified contractors are hereby invited totenderfor any of the projects as stated below:

Projects Description:

• Extension of JS 1-3 classrooms

Tender for the construction of one unit classroom block.

• Renovation of Existing Hostels.

Tender for:
(a) Renovation of two existing hostels
(b) Renovation of existing hostels

• Procurement of classroom furniture

Tender for procurement of classrooms desk, chairs, office tables and chairs.

Tender Qualification/Requirements.
All interested contractors are required to forward the following Documents along with the financial Bids.

1. Evidence of Company Registration with Certificate of Incorporation by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Company Profile and organizational structure including names and curriculum vitae of key technical staff.
3. Current Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years.
4. Evidence of VAT registration certificate and past remittance.
5. Evidence of Pension Fund Remittances.
6. Audits Accounts for the last three years.
7. Evidence of Financial strength and Banking support.
8. Previous experience and verifiable list of similar projects previously undertaken, including evidence of the project such as Letters of Award, completion of certificates etc.
9. Evidence of compliance with the amended industrial Training Fund Act 2011.
10. List of equipment for the proposed project where necessary.
11. Name, email address and telephone numbers of contact person for the project.

Tender Document Collection:
Details of scope of works and specification for the projects are to be collected from the office of the Principal Federal Government Boys College Garki, upon payment of none refundable Tender Fees of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only for each project payable to Federal Government Boys College, Garki.

Closing Date:
27th November 2014

Submission of Tender Documents:
All submission should be neatly packaged and placed in a sealed envelope with the name of the project clearly marked on the top left side of the envelope and shall be delivered to the Principal Federal Government Boys College. P.M.B. 482.Garki Abuja.

Opening of Prequalification Document
Pre-qualification envelopes will be opened on 27/11/2014 by 12 noon at Federal Government College Step B conference room. All bidders or their representatives are invited to witness the opening exercise.
