The Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communications hereby invites suitably qualified and reputable contractors with very good knowledge of diary printing to submit tenders for the printing of the State Government diaries for 2015.

Scope/Specification of Project
The Scope of Project shall be printing and delivery of Eighty-Five Thousand wall calendars and Ten Thousand desk calendars   before end of December, 2014 with the following specifications.

Paper Quality: 250 gram matt card
Finishing: Wire-0 binding

Tenders Requirement
The Tender Documents should include the following:

1. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of Company including Forms C02 and C07
2. Company Tax Clearance for the last Three years (from 2011)
3. Verifiable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed, and year of completion
4. Evidence of financial capacity from reputable bank(s)
5. Evidence of Registration with Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communications
6. VAT Certificate
7. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last Three years (from 2011)
8. Note that each bidder shall be required during the Bids Opening exercise to submit copies of diaries previously printed by them.

17th November 2014

Submission of Application/Documents:
Four (4) copies of all applications and relevant documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Tenders for 2015 Rivers State Government Diaries”
All submissions should be delivered to the address below not later than 17th November 2014.
