The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Wuse 2 Abuja is an arm of the Church based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. The Church is desirous of developing her landed property located at Plot No, 2035 Wuse Zone Abuja on a Build Operate and Transfer basis by entering into a business relationship with experienced National and International Investors.

Scope of Works
The scope of works is the Construction and management of a commercial plaza in a high profile area of the Federal Capital City.

• The Proposed Commercial development is a seven floor frame construction with two basement car parking floors.
• A large exhibition hall in addition to open offices on five floors
• The Plaza shall be serviced with power, water, ICT connectivity etc.

Requirements
Prospective investors are expected to dnnstrale financiat legal and technical competence to undertake the project immediately. The Expression of Interest submission should include but not limited to the following:

1. Full name of firm and contact persons’ phone number and e-mail
2. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
3. Firms comprehensive Profile
4. Verifiable evidence of previous/ongoing BOT ventures
5. Evidence of registration with relevant professional body
6. Evidence of technical and financial capability with bank support
7. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years ending December 2014
8. Evidence of VAT Registration and up-to-date remittances

Submission
Sealed EOIs in three copies should be clearly marked “ECWA PLAZA DEVELOPMENT, ABUJA” on the envelopes and delivered to:

Upon receipt of the EOI from interested investors, the church shaIl evaluate and prequalify bidders who will then be invited to present their Outright Business Case (OBC) in fine with the Evangelistic mission of the church.
All submission must be made within 5th November 2014.
